Sleep paralysis. I have had it myself occasionally over the last 5 years and I find it strange because I never suffer from nightmares just the odd SP. Any experiences/thoughts about it?

Have experienced it a few times but its more because of tiredness than nightmares. Just your brain and eyes on before your body does. Its quite scary as you feel someone has tied you up or something.
Heard about the paranormal side of it but never believed it.

Iv had it a few times, and although I don't believe it's anything paranormal, it does feel like there is a presence there.

Have it quite often and it's weird . Nothing spooky about it your body is fully asleep and your eyes are open can't move your body or head and it feels like people are walking around the bed. I like them as it goes.

I think I worded my comment too casually.
I mean that all the talk of an oil crisis and A.I. taking over jobs etc. are just predictions, no one knows for sure what will really happen.
If people will be forced to abandon fuel and rely on electric vehicles, public transport etc. I don't know what will happen.
I'd rather laugh and live without fear than cry about it.
Naturally I hope for the best but when the fuel prices rise and the cost of food rises it does effect people financially and you do wonder where it will go? Will the fuel prices come back down? I'm not so sure, but there's no point me worrying about it I must crack on with my life.
